We collect information in a few different ways using third party software.
When you choose to subscribe to our regular e-newsletters then by doing so you are giving your consent to receive regular e-newsletters from My Boys Club - and I hope that you will.
You can subscribe to the newsletter through the blog, a link from our Facebook page and also as an option in entering competitions - however, this will never be the sole method of entry.
The mailing list is stored through third-party software called MailChimp, from which you are able to unsubscribe at any time. Mail Chimp is processing the data and My Boys Club is controlling the data.
The mailing list is only ever used my My Boys Club and will never be sold to or shared with another company or organisation. The e-newsletter is only ever sent to people who have requested it.
If you enter a competition hosted by third party software such as Rafflecopter, your data will only ever be used in the way that you have consented to. Rafflecopter is processing the data and My Boys Club is controlling the data.
This data relating to the winner(s) only is ever shared with the joint promoter of the competition in order to provide the prize. This is included clearly in the terms and conditions of the competition. All data is then deleted.
When you have won a competition or giveaway and I need to forward your details to the organisation to despatch your prize.
Where we are under a duty to disclose your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).
